Since several months it is extremely difficult to send e-mails to accounts of French providers, in particular those messages containing a link. Appearently these providers (orange, wanadoo and others) have oversensitive SPAM filters, which do not let pass through messages with the download links of the aircraft you purchased, or with a free update. Sometimes I have to send it 5-6 times, until the customer receives his plane. This is unsuportable! - Even normal text messages without a link often do never arrive.

When you order an aircraft model from petersaircraft, or when you are expecting free updates or just actual information, please register for an e-mail adress of a provider who is not located in France (except comcast.net). I really have nothing against French companies. But they make it impossible that YOU, their estimated customer, cannot get the merchandize and the information you paid for. You cannot want this, and I do not want it either, because YOU are my estimated customer.
